Free Auto Captions AI provides free, browser-based tools including an AI image background remover, an image compressor and format converter, and an automatic caption generator. The Service is provided at no cost and is intended for personal and commercial use.

You may use Free Auto Captions AI for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to process content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in ways that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Use the Service to process illegal content of any kind
3. Intellectual property
Free Auto Captions AI does not claim any intellectual property rights over files you process through the Service. You retain full ownership of your images, videos, audio files, and any outputs generated from them.
The Free Auto Captions AI software, interface, and brand are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Free Auto Captions AI application or branding without prior written permission.
Free Auto Captions AI uses open-source AI models and libraries. Their respective licences include:
- BRIA RMBG-1.4 — licensed under BRIA's model licence
- OpenAI Whisper (via Xenova/transformers.js) — MIT licence
- HuggingFace Transformers.js — Apache 2.0 licence
4. Disclaimers
Free Auto Captions AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
AI-generated outputs — including background removal results and auto-generated captions — may contain errors and should be reviewed before use in any professional or published context.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Free Auto Captions AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service loads AI model files from jsDelivr CDN and HuggingFace Hub, and may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
